Check Engine Light Diagnostic
The Check Engine light on your is controlled by your vehicle's internal computer. This computer continuously monitors the vehicle’s engine, tranmission, and other modules to make adjusts for optimal performance. When the Check Engine light shows up on your dashboard, the computer has detected a fault in the vehicle’s performance and repairs are required.
Problems that can cause the Check Engine light to come on can be simple as a missing gas cap or something as complex as the vehicle's computer software needing update.
To detect the Check Engine fault, CJ Foreign Car mechanics will analyze your vehicle’s computer and perform diagnostic tests with On-Board Diagnostic systems. Once the fault is detected, we will perform the repairs that are required.
